The Multifunctional Center for minor T1 is a proposal within the plan of Urban Regeneration in the south-west outskirt of Andria on the way to Castel del Monte. The integrated programs of Urban Regeneration promote the redevelopment of significant parts of the city through organic interventions of public interest recovering or creating new urbanization, green spaces and public services to foster social health, education, employment and culture. The building is part of a residential plot with housing units for young couples. The Multifunctional Center T1 provides a reconfigurable space for theatrical performances, exhibitions, small events, workshops, conferences in support of the district lack of equipment dedicated to the younger. The theater doubles its space to the public when the two industrial sliding doors open up on the public arena. In addition to indoor activities the T1 also offers a green space with a bar, a thematic garden as a vegetal backdrop of the scene, a small educational green plot and a square paved with the bright stone of Trani.
